Can Anyone Identify This?

Mood:
Happy
Location:
Newcastle

Was wandering round the Keep in Newcastle earlier today when, in the lowest room, I came upon this strange creature. I think it’s some sort of pixie, but I’m not sure. Can anyone tell me what it is!?
